What has changed

How is the new site different from the one I was previously using:

Access now takes you to a new URL: https://www.secureaccountview.com/BFWeb/clients/royce/index

If you previously bookmarked the old site, please update your bookmark to the above site.

Upon initial Sign in, you will be required to complete a Security Profile which will require you to provide your Account Number and SSN/TIN. If you need assistance obtaining your account number, you can refer to your most recent semi-annual Statement or call Shareholder Services at 1-800-841-1180. You will also be asked to provide either an email address or cell phone number to receive a security code to confirm your access via Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Please note: If you use an email address for your MFA registration (you may enter up to 3), the email address used will not change the email address to which you’ll be sent notifications about Statements, Tax Forms, or courtesy email confirmations of changes or transactions on your account(s). These notifications emails are managed under your Online Account Access profile.

Once you have completed the MFA, you will only be prompted to confirm again if you use a different access point or browser.

Does the new site have different rules and access for my account?

Navigation now has a newer and more fluid look, but functionality is identical to the old site. Whatever features and transactions allowed on the previous site is identical on the new site.

I am having difficulty logging in

If you cannot remember or don’t know your Username:

Click on “Forgot Username” button on login screen. You will be prompted as follows:

To begin, please enter the information below:


  • Enter an email or phone number previously established as part of your Security Profile. We will send you a code to the email address or phone number provided. 
  • Tax Identification Number Type: SSN Social Security Number, EIN Employee Identification Number or Tax Identification Number
  • You will then be prompted to enter the email address or telephone number you provided in your Security Profile. Upon which you will receive a code to proceed in obtaining the information.
